‘When people are happier, good things happen’ – it’s a simple approach that has resulted in one big happy result. Last night we celebrate a great achievement, being named 17th Best Place to Work in Australia.

A big thank you to our people, you are the ones that make it a great place to work.

We’ve spent a lot of time reviewing and adding to our employee programs over the last year to ensure we continue delivering a healthy and positive work environment which meets the needs of our team. It’s an ongoing process, but to be recognised as one of the best places to work in the country for the second time in two years shows we’re continuing to grow our exceptional culture at the agency.
– Jasmine Lansdell, People and Culture Director
Being recognised for the effective work we produce for clients is always appreciated, but this is the one that means the most to us at The Works. As is often said, this industry is built on its people, so to be named as one of the best places to work across all Australian businesses is an accolade I’m super proud of.
– Kevin Macmillan, co-founder and creative partner
